How to Create Shift Swap Teams

Admins are able to organize workers by creating teams that are assigned to shift with swap days. Teams with Shift Swap are able to swap their shift from Morning (AM-PM) to Night (PM-AM) multiple times in a month.

Follow these steps to create a Shift Swap Team:

Step 1: Open the Team Management page

1. Select “Team Management”

Step 2: Create a new Team

1. Select "Create Team"

Step 3: Fill in Team Details

1. Enter the Team name

2. Assign the team to a shift created from the Settings page

Teams are required to be assigned to shifts. If you haven't created a shift yet, follow this tutorial to create a shift.

Step 4: Fill in Shift Swap Details

When selecting a shift that has a 24-hour setting, you are able to configure the team's Shift Swap details

1. Select the Shift Type (AM-PM or PM-AM)

2. Select the Swap Day

3. Enter the Interval Days (Number of days before the next swap)

4. Select "Save"
