How to Register Bulk Users to Biometric Machine via CSV Upload

The Biometric Device allows users to be uploaded in bulk by using CSV uploads. This will allow a faster way to register many users in bulk.

Follow the steps below to Register Users using CSV Upload:

Step 44: Download CSV File

1. Click the“Download CSV:

Step 45: Make a new Folder

1. Click The“Make New Folder” Icon

Step 46: Name your folder

1. Type the folder name

Step 47: Open the CSV Folder

1. Click the CSV Employee folder icon

Step 48: Open the CSV file

1. Open the CSV File

Step 49: Fill in CSV file

1. Add the employee details at the correct column

2. Save the sheet

Step 50: Load CSV File

1. Click the Load CSV icon

Step 51: Select CSV File from Device

1. Click on the CSV file

2. Click the “open” icon

Step 52: Wait for CSV Upload

1. The CSV will be loaded to the Software

Step 53: Upload CSV

1. Click the “Upload users to Machine”

2. The CSV will be loaded to Machine”
