How to Create Support Tickets

If you have any complaints or feedback, please reach out to us using the support ticket feature.


Support Tickets are anonymous and your Admin will not be able to see the author of the support ticket.


Step 1: Open the Support page

  1. Select the “Support” button on the bottom menu

  2. Select the “Plus” button on the bottom-right of the page


Step 2: Fill in the Support Ticket details

  1. Select the “Select Type” field

  2. Select the type of ticket

  3. Input the subject of your support ticket

  4. Input the message of your support ticket (please be as detailed as possible)


Step 3: Upload Attachments (optional)

  1. Select the "Plus" icon to upload attachments

  2. Select the file type and upload

  3. Select “Submit”


Once your Support Ticket has been submitted, Admins will get back to you as soon as possible.
