How to Resolve Support Tickets

Admins are able to review and update tickets you submitted for the mobile app. They are able to update the status (Pending / In Progress / Complete) as well as leave their notes for you to view directly in the mobile app.


Once your Support Ticket is updated with the "Completed" status, you are required to review and resolve the ticket. Follow these steps to view the status of your submitted tickets:

  1. Select the “Support” button on the bottom menu

  2. Select any existing Support Tickets on the list

  3. Select "Mark as Resolved"


Once your Support Ticket has been marked as resolved, the ticket status will move from Complete to Resolved.
