How to Resolve Passport Related Issues

The Alerts page displays any upcoming passport renewals to avoid any necessary expires for workers and to remain compliant with labor laws.


Follow these steps to Resolve and passport related issues:


Step 1: Open the Alerts page

  1. Select Employees on the side menu

  2. Select “Alerts”

Step 2: Update Passport Status

  1. Search the employee name or ID number in the search bar

  2. Select the Status dropdown

  3. Select “Completed”

Note: You can change the status from “Pending” to “In Progress” or “Completed”. If the status is updated to“Completed” then an Update Passport pop-up box will appear.

Step 3: Update Passport Details

  1. Input new Passport Number (if applicable)

  2. Select new Passport expiry date

  3. Upload updated Passport image

Step 2: Review and Submit

  1. Select Update to complete the passport renewal
